What Happens Now?

Now you’re all booked you should shortly receive one or more of the following:

A Payment Receipt email (for paid bookings only)
An Order confirmation email of your overall order (only if you ordered a session pack)
A Booking confirmation email. Note: if you booked a session pack, you will get a separate booking confirmation email for each session in that pack. All booking confirmation emails contain:
Details of the session – date/time etc
A link allowing you to cancel/reschedule that session if you need to (provided there’s at least 24 hours to go before that appointment).
