Fees and Bookings

I’m very aware that therapy can seem daunting, but it doesn’t have to be. In fact, you can often achieve a great deal in a relatively short time by using a series of focused sessions. The number of sessions needed will vary depending on the issues you’re facing, but by discussing your goals with me at the outset, we can work together to help you on your journey.

I offer prospective new clients a free consultation/ assessment call. This enables me to get a better understanding of what you’d like to get from our sessions. It also allows us both to see if we connect and if we’d like to work together.

  • Booking sessions can be made directly on the website here.
  • You can book either individual sessions, or a “pack” of sessions
  • All sessions are 50 minutes in duration.
  • Sessions can be in person at my therapy room, or via a Zoom video call.
  • Payments are taken at the time of booking and can be made with all major debit or credit cards.
  • Any booked session can be cancelled (with a full refund) or re-scheduled, provided the request is 24 hours or more before the date and time of the session in question.

Working Hours

My working hours are as follows:

Mondays: 9am to 4pm
Tuesdays: 11am to 6pm
Wednesdays: 6pm to 9pm
Thursdays: 9am to 1pm & 6pm to 9pm
Fridays: 9pm to 2pm

I do not work over weekends or on public holidays.
