New Client

All potential new clients get a FREE 15-minute, no obligation, pre-assessment call. This call helps us both get to know each other a little bit, as well as discussing the concerns you’d like to bring to therapy sessions.

To book the call, simply choose a convenient date/time from the calendar below, complete the information, and I’ll call you then.

Rescheduling or Cancelling a Booking

If you have already made a booking you will have received a booking confirmation email (note – if you booked a pack of sessions you will have separate booking confirmation emails for each individual booking slot).

To reschedule or cancel an existing booking (which is 24 hours or more before the appointment date and time) you will need to refer to the appropriate booking confirmation email, which will contain:

  • Details of the session – date/time etc
  • A link allowing you to reschedule or cancel (note, the links won’t work if the appointment is in less than 24 hours time).
  • If it’s a Zoom session, you’ll be provided a Zoom link to join the booked session.

Just click the appropriate link (Reschedule or Cancel) in that email, as required, to change or cancel the booking.
